ChoreoBook helps Zumba® instructors plan their classes. With the Zoom app, a Zumba Jammer planning a virtual class can create the class’s Zoom meeting from ChoreoBook, on their own Zoom account. ChoreoBook fills in the meeting ID, passcode and join link for you, and keeps the meeting up to date when the class changes.
You can also connect from a class: tapping Create Zoom Meeting before Zoom is connected starts the same steps.
Create a meeting
Change a meeting
If you change the class date, time, timezone or meeting password in Session Details, ChoreoBook updates the same Zoom meeting to match, including the new join link. If Zoom does not accept a change (for example, a password Zoom’s rules don’t allow), you’ll see Zoom’s reason and nothing is saved, so ChoreoBook and Zoom always agree.
Delete a meeting
Tap Delete Meeting in Session Details. ChoreoBook deletes the meeting from your Zoom account and clears the meeting details from the class.
ChoreoBook only changes meetings it created for you. Meetings you create in Zoom yourself are never touched, and you can still type meeting details in by hand with Enter Details Manually.
From ChoreoBook: open Preferences → Connections → Zoom and tap Disconnect.
From Zoom:
Either way, ChoreoBook deletes your Zoom access tokens and Zoom profile details right away. Meetings already created stay on your Zoom account, and their details stay on your classes until you delete them.
When you connect, ChoreoBook stores your Zoom access tokens (encrypted) and your Zoom user ID, name, email, profile photo, plan type and account creation date, which are shown only to you. For each meeting ChoreoBook creates, it saves the meeting ID, passcode, join link and start time with your class. See our Privacy Policy for details.
